
13 Jun Clarke Takes the win in Ballivor
**Meath’s Gerard Clarke** clinched victory in the **Premier Performance Grand Prix** at **Ballivor Horse Show** on Sunday. Riding his own **nine-year-old gelding “L”**, Clarke delivered the fastest round among the four-faulters in the jump-off, crossing the line in **48.46 seconds**.
Bred by **Awj Jansen**, *L* is by **Action Breaker** out of a **Quidame St Z** mare — a pedigree built for power and precision.
Second place went to **Sean Foley** aboard *Kinmar Hero Z*, owned by **Gerry Marron and Dermott Lennon**. Despite eight faults, they posted a quick **46.14**.
**Brendan Murphy**, representing Leinster, took third on *Erne Riverrun*, owned by **Hugh Fitzpatrick**, finishing on 11 faults in **54.60**.
**Jonathan Smyth** and *Mulvin Lights Out* reached the jump-off but were unfortunately eliminated after a fall.
Rounding out the top six:
**James Derwin** & *Killerisk Can Ya* – fastest four-faulter in the first round (73.73)
**Dermott Lennon** & *Amazing Alf* – also on four faults (74.37)
