Kilkenny’s Jack Ryan wrapped up his day on a high with a victory in The Connolly’s Red Mills 1.35M Mini Grand Prix. Partnering with Seamus Drea’s eight-year-old Cornascriebe Emerald, he posted the fastest time of the 33 double clears, crossing the finish in 22.39 seconds from a starting field of 68 combinations.
There was more success for the home crowd, as Molly Hughes Bravo guided HHS Ice Flo to fourth place with a time of 23.87 seconds. James Derwin also featured in the top ranks, finishing sixth aboard Killerisk Can Ya in 24.17 seconds.
