20 Apr Dreams come through at Marian Hughes this week for some Glencarraig Lady Riders
International Showjumper, Mikey Pender put the Glencarraig Lady winner 2021 through their paces this week in Marian Hughes yard at Cuffgrange. Brendan McArdle from the Irish Field was on hand to support all the riders and enjoy the excellent training given to these young rider by Mikey. Below is some photos taken on the day.

“The Irish Field are delighted to have teamed up with Maureen Bagnall/Glencarraig Lady League founder. The league is one of the most important pony competitions on th circuit and the irish Field happily sponsored the training bursary with International Showjumper and former winner of the league Mikey Pender.
The under 9 and under 11 winners had a private lesson with Mikey this week and all the other children really benefited from the advise given to them at their training session with Mikey.” Brendan McArdle.
The Irish Field are on board again in 2022 to co-sponsor the Training Bursaries for the winners of both sections. This will be run at a time suited to the Trainer involved.
