Wexford equestrian hosted the southeast leg of the Autumn Grand Prix league Sunday 29 th Sept which also offered the opportunity to national riders to ride in the New large sand outdoor arena recently opened. “ We are delighted with the surface and how it rode at the weekend “ obviously any new arena needs time to settle and the recent heavy rains have helped this along nicely. It is now riding perfectly and we look forward to utilizing it in the future , especially in the spring of 2020 for show jumping shows and of course our Stepping Stones to success eventing league “ said Orla & Pat Peare , owners of Wexford Ec .

The introduction of Equipe online start lists and real time proved hugely successful for the efficient running of the show , according to many riders the ability to check progress of the show en route to compete in later classes , the ability to continuously monitor results to be ready for mounted presentations , the timing of arena breaks and course walks and of course the instant publication of results worldwide that could be shared on social media was a huge step forward in many riders opinions.

We look forward to see how this will be embraced further in the future.
